Hi, I'm HaeLeigh
HaeLeigh began practicing reiki during her own mental health journey, where mindfulness and holistic healing practices became an important part of her recovery and wellbeing. What started as personal healing soon became a passion for helping others reconnect with rest, balance, and emotional wellness. After experiencing the powerful impact of combining holistic practices with modern healthcare, HaeLeigh became dedicated to creating restorative wellness experiences that are both grounding and accessible.
She became a Reiki Master in 2019 and founded Reiki Mind Wellness in 2022. For over five years, HaeLeigh has facilitated reiki, meditation, yoga, and sound healing offerings within integrative healthcare and community wellness spaces. Her work focuses on nervous system support, stress reduction, mindfulness, and creating emotionally safe environments through trauma-informed wellness practices.
Today, Reiki Mind Wellness partners with healthcare and community organizations throughout Sacramento to provide restorative wellness programming that supports mental, emotional, and mind-body wellbeing.
